The Amerec AX11 steam shower generator is engineered for home steam rooms up to 375 adjusted cubic feet (ACF).
- 12/15/16 - Per Pat Smith - can be wired for 240V 3PH in the field, not factory. Only the AX can be wired this way.
- 4/27/17: warm start included and only works with A6 control. If connecting generators to accommodate a larger room size, you need to purchase a tandem cable 5304-030 and use an additional steam head, autodrain, plumbing fittings, etc. just like we used to on systems like AK30. Warm start cable is sold separately 8855-139.
- April 2017: Field wired 1PH or 3PH - this model is not pre-wired - order voltage - installer sets up phase in the field with provided jumpers
- 1/11/18 - no longer has modular snap-in connections, it now has a knock-out to plug control and autodrain directly to the pc board.
- Price book stating 11.2kw and this is incorrect, IOM and Electrical chart is correct at 11kw 240V, 11.2KW is at 208V - confirmed with Mike Collela
