HTG ELE, HC-9, 9KW 240V 1PH, Steam Bath Part
The heating element resides in the pressurized vessel which is responsible for boiling water to create the vapor and is used on Steamist steam bath generator models HC-9.
- 2/12/13: All 208V 3Ph are kept in stock. Any other voltage or phase has a 2 day build time. They do welds and cook and seal in their facility.
- below are the items that need to be delimed as well if the element is blowing. They might need replacement if too much lime or if scalebuster can't clean it. Also SOS system to help reduce lime buildup.
- Serial# E-39999 and below HC-9 thru HC-18 use probes: housing 006-6356, 8-1/4" 006-6357 and 7-1/4" 006-6358. Models HC-24 thru HC-72 do not use probes.
- Serial# E-40000 and above HC-9 thru HC-24 does not use a probe housing and probes screw directly into the boiler. Probes 9-1/4" 006-6364 and 8-1/4" 006-6357. HC-30 thru HC-48 uses probe housing 006-6363 and probes 8-1/4" 006-6357 and 7-1/4" 006-6358.

Due to calcification and lime buildup, heating elements are a wear and tear item. Consider keeping a spare to reduce down time. Also, keep extra gasket kits on hand for preventative maintenance cleanings.
